Today, I’m talking to a REAL podcast listener about their BIGGEST business challenge.
Want the one email I send when I have something worth sending?
114,000+ entrepreneurs get it. One story from my business, one tactic you can use. No schedule, no fluff.
I hear their challenge for the first time live, and then I give suggestions on how they can fix it.
I’m calling it Noah’s Ark of Business, and the first episode is with Michael Alexis from Museum Hack.
Michael and I talk about how Museum Hack has been stuck around $3 million in revenue for the past 2 years… and my suggestions on how to grow.
Things we talk about:
- How to break down your revenue — so you can figure out what parts of your business to increase (and what to kill completely)
- Creating cleargoals in your company… including cohesion and accountability around the new goal so your team is aligned
- Why hope is pointless in your business
Plus a bunch more tips on email outreach, ad spending, pricing structures, sales… and a TON more.

One of my favorite okdork episodes. Has the follow up episode been released?
A big thanks Noah. Real world case studies are the greatest source of learning. The tools you suggested to Michael are gold.
can you please also paste the conversation so reading is an option. thanks
Great show as always! My biggest problem is how to I reignite growth in the business as my business has stalled massively. The business is only 4 years old and only has myself as an employee
