Another great podcast episode. I find that podcasts and books focused on military leaders and sports leaders are providing me with a lot more value than most of the content from "business leaders" nowadays. It makes sense though, since these military and sports leaders have actually created teams and their subsequent successes and failures are very public...versus the business leaders who can always blame external factors like "market pressures" for their failures.
