“You can’t out-exercise a bad diet” —I say that to people all the time. Diet is so key and it’s a shame that all the popular advice is about ‘calories in-calories out’ and ‘exercise more.’ I’ve been working to change my diet and apply the same determination for that to other areas of my life. You guys were hilarious. So glad I stumbled on your podcast from Smart Passive Income. Actually, the first episode of the SPI Podcast I listened to was his interview of you, heh. Looking forward to more chuckles as I explore the dark reaches of podcasts past.
