Thanks again for dropping by and I hope to see you soon! - Noah

Hey, we all know he’s a busy guy, right? But with over 2,000 subscribers there’s got to be some more lovin’. I get it. He gets it.

But, while you’re waiting for him to drop another pearl of wisdom let’s think: what have you done for Noah?

Seriously, he’s done a ton for me. He’s done a ton for everyone! Has Noah ever done the following for you:

  • Made you smile
  • Made you laugh
  • Introduced you to someone
  • Given you feedback
  • Handed you a free ________ (lunch, book, etc.)
  • Written something that helped you out
  • Introduced you to a cool new website
  • Forced you to think differently about something
  • Forced you to think, period
  • etc…

Odds are there are dozens, if not hundreds or thousands of people in your life that have done these things for you.

Friends are important not always because of what they have, will, and can do for you, but what you have, will, and can do for them. What’s something awesome you’ve done for a friend lately? And, what’s the number one reason you subscribe to Okdork?

I’m just curious…

I subscribe because the comments are legit. No other blog generates as big of a conversation as okdork. Even if most of it is about making fun of devin being an accountant. (its ok devin, I do SOX work)

What has noah done for me?
Created a blog with 2000+ readers and allows me to register and write posts… and get feedback on my ideas via great post days like thursday’s grouporation.

I recomended an investment strategy for a friend and helped him choose invesment vehicles that would execute on that strategy. It was a blast. It is so much fun to think about my friends(and my own) current needs and wants and future needs and wants.

Plus scott hurff suggested Atlas Shrugged, and im reading it now, its long but interesting so far.

Haha, good answer, Joe. How’d that investment strategy go? Making millions for your friend yet? ;)

he isnt making millions yet devin, but hey, its fun to watch him try to catch up to me on http://www.cakefinancial.com or on http://www.covestor.com both of which need to feed off of the other in terms of features… because if you put them together they would be amazing.

I’d definitely miss him if I didn’t bug him all the time.
