Interesting - I'm guessing the original interview was circa 2017. Fast forward to current day and you should ask Mr Murphy about successive and crippling layoffs, overwhelming debt, unpaid suppliers and rampant closures. Just having a vision and articulating it well does not a successful restauranteur make.
