The 2018 Show: Goal Setting Tips for 2018 [Worksheet]

UPDATE: Check out my most recent goal planning for 2020 above.

I’m going to help you plan your 2018 goals.

Most people just randomly set a goal. “I want to get healthier this year.”

Or, “I’m going to drink more water.”

By March, they fail.

That’s because most people set goals and New Year’s resolutions TOTALLY wrong.

I’m not perfect, but I’ve spent YEARS optimizing my goal setting process so I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t.

And in this episode, I’m going to share how to set goals and achieve them.

You’ll learn:

  1. The types of goal setting that works for me
  2. My goal setting examples for 2018 (aka what I’m doing this year)
  3. How YOU can set goals that work for you

Take a listen below.

Cool stuff, man. Last week I watched your Youtubies on Gmail hacks and Facebook ads. Really helpful stuff for me, especially the latter. Thanks for that.

For non-business stuff, the biggest thing on my mind in 2018 is running the Spartan Races and earning my trifecta medal. I ran my first race last year. It was one of the hardest physical things I’ve ever done. I was sore and in pain for days after. So naturally, I signed up for more.

Hey Noah,

Great podcast, mostly because you did it for giving an update on what’s going on in your life.

The need for a change is totally understandable, you can’t be doing the exact same thing all the time, especially if you’re a type A personality like most of us.

I’ll be looking forward to the Youtube videos as well, although I have to say, podcasting definitely feels more genuine and there’s more value when you hear a conversation when both participants are engaged. YT is mostly a platform for entertainment in which visuals play a huge role, and to be honest, I haven’t been really into them just yet, probably because people like me who are used to a Tim Ferriss type of content can’t see value in something that is short-form so easily.

You can definitely do whatever you put your mind to, so looking forward to it anyway.
