Category: Personal Here we go again…Triathlon
Last year I trained and ran the Napa Valley Marathon with you guys. It was great! This year I have been training for the Santa Barbara Triathlon: 1 mile swim, 34 mile bike ride and 10 mile run. Insane? Yes. Fun? At times. Why am I doing it? Makes working out more enjoyable.

Anyways, let’s do it together again. Leave a comment and I will add your name to my shirt/bib and we can all do it together=)

I use to do tri’s in college. I don’t see a wetsuit among your items….I highly recommend if you are doing an open water swim.

Insane? Yes. Fun? At times. Glutton for punishment? I THINK SO! But you are so right about it making working out that much more fun. Doing the treadmill everyday isn’t all its cracked up to be.

Where’s the link for the event? If it’s doable - I’ll come out from New York and race with you (I have a couple of LA buddies who tri, so maybe not too crazy an idea!)
Keep me posted.
