Yeah, it’s a great listen, but I wish they’d post her presentation slides. WAY too often she’d refer to them to make her point (”…And then there’s this. This would…”) and you’d have to guess what the point was from context. Still, her points are dead on. Software needs to be more like people — it’s an approach I always use when architecting sites — and contextual, task-oriented help and common-language writing are key aspects of that.
