Grant Igawa’s great Business Ideas
Hope he doesn’t mind me sharing these with the world:
Supermarket TV
So looking back on your story about the old man forgetting his club
card number, I thought what would have made people in the line less
annoyed and would take their attention off the old man/their rush to
get out/or just being in a line for a long time…Solution: A tv in the
line at the check out stand, a flat lcd monitor that had the
supermarkets own tv station, full of ads, recipes, and even the food
network! I saw this at a Ralphs I thought it was the coolest. Good shit!
Lighters
So I went to another Korean establishment…I
must say that Korean establishments are very strange, unlike any other
asian establishment, they are more, how should i say, slightly
weird…Anyhow, being that you can smoke in all Korean bars, cafes, and
restaurants (another strange thing in the state of CA where you are not
allowed to smoke, what are Koreans exempt?) there at the checkout stand
where you pay, was a box of lighters. It was like a little box of pens
that people give away with their ads on it (doctors info, political
candidates etc…) But this lighter had Taxi cab advertisements!! Perfect, bar, liquor and lighters with little ads for taxis when you get too fucked! Dope.
Employment Hostel
When I was looking at my situation of being semi-homeless, but
seeing as how I did it with friends and such…Well what is other
people wanted to make a career change or some kind of move but they
didn’t because they didn’t have the same resources as me…Why not make
a hostel for people to get off their feet, have job and business
seminars there and every resource that will get them to their next
step! Its not like you’ll get lazy people there cause they took the
leap to actually move…hmmm…
