Magazine Swapping Service
So I was at the airport a few weeks ago and I saw all these old magazines and newspapers lying around. Then I realized that most people NEVER read that shit twice. So I realized I want to read them but I am really cheap and do not want to pay full price. Then I thought people could sell their subscriptions to other people. So if you have a monthly subscription paying $20 then someone would pay $10 and you send them your left over magazines such that I provide you with an envelope and you give me a dollar or two or maybe a free magazine:) Not perfect and has flaws, similar to eBay but a nice way to keep a profit and not have shit be thrown away for things that other people can benefit from.

That’s an awesome idea, rather than resorting to throwing out perfectly good magazines or snagging them from your local dentist’s office.
While I do think it’s great that many magazines and journals are online, there’s just something great about print mags. I actually used to collect pictures and recipes from different magazines when I was a kid. Some I put up on my wall in collage form, the others I had in a scrap book. That was back when my parents used to pay for the subscriptions, but now I’m too cheap to pay for them myself.
One problem I could see with this is if a subscriber wants to keep certain issues to themself.
But yeah, nice idea.
