Jewgality III: morning coffee
So a lot of people get coffee in the morning. That adds up fast:
50 work weeks a year * 5 days a week * $2 cup/coffee = $500 year
So if you are working for 40 years that amount of money adds up fast!
So how can we save money. Well, first off: drink Tea and bring it from home. You can buy those boxes at Safeway and then get hot water from work. Now lets calculate how much that will cost us yearly.
1 box of tea contains 50 packets at $5 = $.10/cup of tea
50 works week a year * 5 days a week * $.10 cup/tea = $25 yearly
bling bling, now you can take all the money you made and give it to me. I will be giving weekly frugality tips for people to save money.

As it turns out, I bought some tea from Peapod - the online grocer which in this area is Giant Food, the number two retailer after Safeway - because of my disability I’m unable to go to the store. Anyway, while they do have reasonable prices, you don’t get the best price, say, what you would by going to the store. Anyway,a box of Lipton tea is $1.50 for a 100 tea bag box, not $5 for 50. So the point being that buying regular tea is a hell of a lot cheaper than anything Starbucks sells.
